Mr. Okto Estomihi Saragi joined KHAS in December 2015. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Sriwijaya, majoring in International Law in 2015. And has completed his Master of Law Education with a specialization in Public Policy Law at Batam International University (UIB) in 2021.
